We start processing your order as soon as we receive it so unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Unfortunately you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. You would need to place a new order and return any orders no longer wanted.
Yes you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Ice Hair extensions can be styled using heated styling tools however, this can reduce the longevity of the extensions. We do recommend using a heat protector spray at all times.
Human hair can be coloured but we do not recommend this. Any colouring/toning is done at the customers risk.
This depends on your natural hair, we offer a wide range of hair extensions suitable for all hair types. We do recommend a professional consultation.
We only recommend Ice Hair Extensions aftercare to maintain the performance of your extensions.
You can use anti brass shampoo on extensions but this is entirely at customers risk.
All our hair care products are Vegan friendly. This means all products are free from animal delivered ingredients.
It needs to be unopened. You can return your order within 14 days. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, all products must be in its original shipped condition for a return to be accepted. The product can only be returned if the product is unworn and in the original packaging. Any products that have been opened will not be accepted for a refund. Ice Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for the cost of any product or the delivery charge if returned.
A refund can take up to 14 days to process from the date of receiving the return.
