Styling Tools

Do you accept returns? We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with any Ice Hair Pro Styling Tool purchased from our website.

All we ask is that you try our products and if you are not completely happy, simply return the items within 30-days from the date of delivery and we'll refund you.

Hair Extensions, Pillows & Haircare Products

Due to hygiene issues, we are unable to accept refunds if the products have been used. We do still however allow up to 30 days for return of your product from the date of delivery. Please ensure that items are in original packaging. If your items are not in original packaging, your item will not be eligible for return.

How long does a return take to process?

Refunds can take up to 7 days to process from the day we receive your return. Please allow 3-5 working days from your refund notification for the refund to clear into your account.

Faulty items

If your hair extensions appear faulty the fault must be reported to us using the customer service email address within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any colouring/toning of the extensions is done entirely at the customer's own risk and we can not refund any extensions that exhibit the above. Extensions are not deemed faulty if their condition is due to poor/incorrect aftercare. Including heat damage, poor application, incorrect aftercare and colour damage. We recommend a certified stylist applies any professional hair extensions.

Promotion codes

Promotion codes are not valid on sale items, unless stated otherwise. Any promotional items or gifts with purchase are subject to availability. Sale items can not be refunded.
