Returns
We are happy for you to return your item within 14 days of the purchase date. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, all products must be in its original shipped condition for a return to be accepted. The product can only be returned if the product is unopened and in the original packaging. Any products that have been opened will not be accepted for a refund. Simply email us for return instructions before returning an order. The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Ice Hair Extensions warehouse. All returns without the appropriate paperwork will not be processed. Ice Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for the cost of any product or the delivery charge if returned. We must receive your return within 7 days of the return being set up.

How long does a return take to process?
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process from the day we receive your return. Please allow 3-5 working days from your refund notification for the refund to clear into your account.

Faulty items
If your hair extensions appear faulty the fault must be reported to us using the customer service email address within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any colouring/toning of the extensions is done entirely at the customer's own risk and we can not refund any extensions that exhibit the above. Extensions are not deemed faulty if their condition is due to poor/incorrect aftercare. Including heat damage, poor application, incorrect aftercare and colour damage. We recommend a certified stylist applies any professional hair extensions.

Promotion codes
Promotion codes are not valid on sale items, unless stated otherwise. Any promotional items or gifts with purchase are subject to availability. Sale items can not be refunded.
